Hmm, why don't you and Consequences pair up for this round, and I'll rework the schedule to take it into account.

I'm sorry, but what is the time for our scheduled bouts? What are we using to play?

The Dark (W) vs. consequences (B)

Draw (we both closed the window on accident. Long, brilliant defensive game  ).

I thought it fitting, considering the rocky terrain.

The time is whenever you and your opponent can fit it in, the place is any place you and your opponent can meet and play, be it Yahoo's chess rooms, Pogo.com, or your local park. Work it out with your opponent, and play it out.

Pity you don't have the move list, I'd have liked to have seen it, you playing the other games later?

I'll keep playing (and try to make a hardcopy of the moves, since I thought I had e-mailed them to myself, but I haven't recieved it). I haven't played in years, and this is fun.

Just for confirmation it is best of five?

*Jaepheth and I had our match. It was a close battle, but Jaepheth came through for the win.

Due to time constraints for both of us Jaepheth and I have agreed that this game is worth 3 points.

Well, technically, we did forget to set the 30 min apiece timelimit. If not every game lasts 3 and a half hours, then I bet we could get a few more in. Maybe Monday?

EDIT: Though I guess I could also use the time to finish and polish the next chapter in my fanfic.

PureSabbac and I played and he won after a close game.
Guess that puts me on the loosing side now.

Straha and I - a draw

I played with white

He almost got me but one moment of loss of focus and I proved him that "resistance is not always futile"

EDIT: I removed the game history because Straha was faster than me, but I keep my comment

EDIT 2: Straha, my man ... it's COMOSICUS not otherwise

Bump.
So, how many more games in the first round need to be played?

I must say your time constraints are awfully tight.

I still have my match with Bookworm to play. Unfortunately, it appears our schedules are completely opposite, so we haven't been able to work it out.

I am going to try and have the match with Destruct this Tuesday because he works nights so it has been a little pain in the butt to work it out.
I have almost reached the regrettable conclusion that the Negro's great stumbling block in his stride toward freedom is not the White Citizen's Counciler or the Ku Klux Klanner, but the white moderate, who is more devoted to "order" than to justice; who constantly says: "I agree with you in the goal you seek, but I cannot agree with your methods of direct action"; who paternalistically believes he can set the timetable for another man's freedom; who lives by a mythical concept of time and who constantly advises the Negro to wait for a "more convenient season."
