Going to Canada

Post by Wicked Pilot »

Well, tommorrow I fly out to Seattle for a week. While there I plan to make at least one trip into British Columbia. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do or what to see?

Well, you can check out Vancouver. It got a nice scenic view... The one time I was there, I was visiting family friends and UBC.

One time, I flew to Vancouver. But I had to fly from Chicago to Dallas, then to Vancouver. Apparently, that was cheaper than flying from Chicago directly to Vancouver. Makes a whole lot of sense, doesn't it?

If you were flying Delta or American than yes it does. DFW is a major hub, and probably has more direct flights to YVR than ORD does.

Also, There is big tower you can go in to see the city. Sorry forgot the name.

Taking the ferry ride to Vancouver Island is always nice and Victoria has a few things to see.

I was in Victoria last year visting a buddy of mine who was in his naval officer training course. I had a blast! Victoria is a beautiful city, the gals are cute, I was taken for cool tour of the navy grounds and saw some of their sims. However, their was one downside, beer was expensive! :P

I've been to Vancouver. It's pretty good, there's lots to do, and it looks great at night. Also, you might want to make a visit to Vancouver Island (I tihnk that's the name), I've been there, and it looks good there as well.
