I'm not really a fan of the Cardassian Warship designs on the Trek side.
As far as Wars gos, I'd have to say the Nebulon B Frigate, it just looks to damned fragile.

I liked the TradeFed freighters/battleships, but the landing craft were rather ungainly.

Seriously though, I don't like B-wings, they just seem, ugly.

And In ST, I really hated the Kazon ships, man, that thing looks like a beached whale.

I'm surprised everyone dislikes the Nebulon-B frigates so much, though perhaps I am biased from too many TIE fighter games.

In SW, I dislike the TIE Bomber and the Gallofrey Transports, but the Trade Federation landing craft is the worst, IMO.

As far as ST goes, I hate the Galor class the most, but dishonorable mentions go to the original shuttle craft and TNG one. I mildly disliked Sarek's shuttle, but I did not find it as bad as any of the above three.
