This whole issue was dead and buried years ago. As I have already implied, people have far more significant things to worry about these days. I watched her funeral on tv. And, um, Queen ElizabethI died about 400 years ago. That was the Queen Mother who died recently. She didn't get the "First" title because she wasn't the monarch, just his wife. And she was the coolest and most deserving of the royal family.
