UNLIMITED POWER!!!
Ok. So needed some Jedi duelling action and was playing some Jedi Academy.
By the end of the first 3 missions, I had Force Lightning at level 3. I think it was kind of ridiculous just HOW powerful it was. But, I did find myself screaming "UNLIMITED POWER!" everytime I blasted some bastard off the speeding train and into the chasms of the city on Corellia.

Heh, Force Grip was absolutely THE most powerful force power.
Force lightning was awesome for those levels where you lost your saber. Remember? Instead of running around shooting people you walk into a room, tap the lightning button and they all die.
But grip is better. Walk by some dark Jedi, toss them all off a cliff with two or three swipes, move on.

Grip was the funner power, chucking people left and right off the infinite chasms.
Heck it got the point I got so good at doing it all you saw was one nutty jedi running down the catwalk as Darkjedi were flung left and right without breaking stride.

I always favored the Force grip/Saber throw combo. Its a shame they didnt actually program it so decapitations are possible.

I loved spawning a million dark jedi on Bespin and then just tossing them off. Better yet, spawning a dozen rancors and sandworms, getting far away and watching the sandworms eat the rancors while little stormtroopers run away screaming.

I've got screenshots. It's absolutely hilarious. The sandworms eat the rancors whole.Solauren wrote:Now that's a cool idea!Praxis wrote: I loved spawning a million dark jedi on Bespin and then just tossing them off. It's especially funny on Bespin because the sandworms come out from under the walkways so you can see them underground.
TONS of console commands. You can spawn any character or vehicle in the game.Comosicus wrote:How do you do those spawnings? Are there any console commands?
type:
npc spawn *
or
npc spawn vehicle *
where the * is the name you want.
Try for example Luke or Tavion.
Also, 'npc kill all' kills every character in the game except you at once. There are too many console commands to list. You can skip to every level, change the color of your lightsaber or type of it, and even replace your lightsaber with a SWORD!

You know, I'm still waiting for someone to come up with a cheat (or mod) that does, actually, give you UNLIMITED POWER. And by that, I mean a Force bar that does not drop (like god mode with health/shield). Now that would be interesting, just running around with your finger on the Force Lightning key all the way through the game ...

Force Lightning is all well and good, but nothing beats L3 Force Jump and L3 Force Pull for sheer humor factor. Jump into the stratosphere, look down, pull....and watch a platoon of Stormies sail up into the air, then fall to their deaths.
Some of the Light-side protection skills were sick, once you got them to L3. Don't remember the names, but L3 in the physical and L3 in the Force protection skills on at the same time rendered you all but invincible.

You can bind a key to refill your force bar and just press that whenever you want.Crown wrote:You know, I'm still waiting for someone to come up with a cheat (or mod) that does, actually, give you UNLIMITED POWER. One cool code:
set force all 9
Everything is set to level 3 but Mind Trick gets level 9; when you mind trick someone, you possess them and can control them. You can even take control of the big bosses and dark Jedi and have them kill themselves.

Gotta try that one out.Praxis wrote:One cool code:

My force setup, IIRC, was Grip, Drain, Lightning, Protect, and Absorb, all level 3. Been a while since I played, so I might be a bit off, though.
The AI keep hitting you with force blasts even when you ha ve absorb on so even without cheating it feels like you have infinite power when they keep refilling your meter and you transform it into pushes
One of the favorite things that happened was some Reborn grabbed me with a lvl 1 Drain (where they grab your face and start sucking your health out). Since I had absorb on instead I just saw him grab me and start refilling my force meter.
When he was done one push sent him flying.

Is it me, or is Drain the most worthless Power in that game? It doesn't kill Dark Jedi at all........ although going around with 300 life is cool.Praxis wrote: One of the favorite things that happened was some Reborn grabbed me with a lvl 1 Drain (where they grab your face and start sucking your health out). Has anyone here tried the Grip and weapon attack?Like say firing a rocket and then holding the user in a grip?

If you press Grip and Lightsaber throw at almost the same time you'll throw the saber and grip them (forcing them to drop their guard). Difficult but instant kill.PainRack wrote:Is it me, or is Drain the most worthless Power in that game? Drain is a useful power when you're low on health.
BTW, something else thats fun. Remember, Boba Fett is invincible. Spawn Boba Fett and a Rancor. The Rancor grabs Boba and bites a body part off. Say, the head. Then Boba Fett starts flying around headlessly shooting at you. It's hilarious. Better yet, sometimes it bites off his entire body, leaving Boba Fett as a disembodied head, legs, and floating gun that flies around shooting at you.

Is there a away to use the cheats during a botmatch? Because every time I try "helpusobi 1" I just get "Cheats are not enabled on this server". Do I have to do something with command lines?

It's a Quake 3 engine game, if I recall right? Try typing "sv_cheats 1" into the console first.

According to Starbound, it's a problem solvable with enough combat drugs to turn you into the Incredible Hulk.
