He did have some autonomy so that he could direct his subordinates, but ultimately he was wired into the DCS just like the rest of them. All the droid officers did. Remember the one going "Uhmm...Coruscant...that doesn't compute...uh...I...you're under arrest!"

To stay on the origiona l topic, If you know Star Craft, You know how a marine/Zealot will do against it's cost in zerglings. I propose we do the same thing for this.
Now onto the question.
I think that a battle droid would take about 15 stadard batlle droids on a ship. on terrain with hill, Platues Ect. The standard battle droids could go up to a hill and snipe on the Droideka. How does a rolling droid get up hill? Super battle droids could easily take out the droideka because they have the droideka's power with the standard droids brain.
WWDD What would dogbert do?

Ah, makes sense, thanks. And that actually makes me happy. I like OOM-9

How does a rolling droid get up hill?

Um, with a motor.
I dont think Droidekas rely on gravity for locomotion. :P

The surfaces of the Droideka in wheel form is supposedly lined with rows of small repulsors that can be controlled individually. That's how they power (and control) their rolling motion.

I agree that the maximum incline that they're able to ascend is probably of lesser gradient than what a humanoid battle droid would be able to climb.

Not necissarily.
The repulsors you have noted may give the Droidekas a greater ability to traverse steep terrain than a leg-propelled counterpart. Since repulsors act by partially grabbing the surface, they might be able to move them along even vertical paths, given enough momentum. Of course, a legged droid would proabably be better equipt to move over rougher terrains, and out climb droidekas, but I dont think the destroyers are that easily stopped by inclines.
