In this case, the defendant continues to claim that Emperor Palpatine had a second lightsabre on his person during his fight with Mace Windu which he failed to use. After multiple pages filled with demands to provide evidence of this second sabre, he has responded only by pointing out that he had acquired a new sabre for his fight with Yoda. After being repeatedly told that this is not evidence for him having a second sabre on his person during the Windu fight, he continues to claim that he had one anyway, and he continues to cite this totally irrelevant "evidence" as if it means something.

PS. Could one of you drag the defendant kicking and screaming into the court, while also making a point of gagging him with something foul?

Anyhow, that debate shoudl have ended at page 4 once the sculpture was brought up. The argument was essentially: "He hid his primary lightsaber in that neuranium sculpture, but he kept his backup on his body." Which makes no sense (if he hid the primary saber, ,why wouldn't he have hidden the second? And if the second wasn't hidden, why bother retrieving the primary in the first place?)

Those are not facts, Palpatine had his lightsaber (holdout) in his robes and would have deflected any attempt by Mace Windu to stab him. And WIndu was at the point of exhaustion as well according to the novelization.

And did these passages come from the same scene? Or are you being deceptive by "forgetting" to include page numbers?

No, the first one is from the fight with Mace Windu, the second one is from the fight with Yoda. He didn't need his backup lightsaber to fight Mace Windu, this merely shows that he did have it. That was what you asked for wasn't it?

If I get banned or get a title, it doesn't matter. I will still have gotten to post on SD.net (for better or worse), which was what I wanted to do. I enjoyed my time on here. I hoped that it would go better, and aside from the Windu vs Palpatine thing I thought it did go well. Regardless of what happen, i had fun and I learned some things about SW.
