Well, my connection usually doesn't fare that well in MP games (250 ping is average) but on a good server I get 80-120, very playable. Um, yeah, you'll want to get a much better one. And about a gig of RAM. And a decent CPU. Maybe I recommend a 6600GT? Its the one I use, and it runs the game quite well at medium settings. Plus it's cheap, with the PCI-Express version going for around 190 bucks.
