Very few, and they're not dangerous. At least, I don't recall any incidents with them. The hunters can be a nuisance, though. In some places, riding can get dangerous, and they sometimes act as they're the owners of the forest (they aren't) and actually make threats.

They're the only wild animals I'm afraid of when I'm out somewhere. With good reason too, because there are cases of them actually shooting each other and others.

In PA, there are deer. Sometimes, there are a dozen in my backyard. It really wants to make me get a shotgun.

Yes, PA does have a lot of Deer, a damn fucking lot. The Wisohickon, inside of the city limits of Philadelphia, had some 60odeer in it before hunters where sent in to clear them out. The area can only support 30 naturally. Course they've already shot 450 and think there may still be 300 left..
