Dont you mean overload.
I didn't want to use that word as the remaining energy from the superlaser wouldn't damage the hilt, but yes.
And considering that a normal jedi saber can take ship level blasts without overloading while bleeding onto the user only a fraction of the kinetic impact i'd say... no.
The only incident like that I've seen is Luke blocking an AT-AT cannon in Dark Empire #1. In the panel right before it, he was glowing. I'm pretty sure he used the Force to keep the KE from driving him 50 feet under the ground. As for the ship level blast, even if its true, it doesn't scale up. Megatons vs Exatons?

Obi Wan blocked shot's from Jango's ship's turrets in AOTC, I think it knocked him back but his saber countinued working and he didnt seem harmed.

Did Obi-Wan deflect any of the bolts from the Slave I's guns? I thought he evaded the attack by rolling out of the way..

Wasn't his sabre on the other side of the platform? I'm sorry, I haven't seen AotC in about a year, so I don't know. Either way, the blasts were dialed down enough to not tear up the platform, so its probably not all that impressive.
EDIT: Clarity.

Wasn't it the blasts from the Slave I's guns that cause Obi-Wan to lose his lightsaber?
IIRC they were too powerful, so Obi-Wan doesn't even try to deflect them, but the impact explosions cause him to lose his lightsaber as he evades.

I know the whole idea of this thread is just for fun, but keep in mind that such a thing would be like stating that the lightsaber deflection capabilities have no upper limit, and as such, are all powerful. Reminds me of the "Borg adapt to everything" argument.
On the other hand, it is often speculated that the Lightsaber is a Turbolaser Bolt "frozen" in place, and suggested that there are two components to the blade: The containment field (wich could be "blamed" for the deflection capabilities) and the Energy bolt (wich causes damage).
Based on that structure, we can then point out that giant deflecting lightsabers do indeed exist in the Star Wars universe! They are called shields... And we all know how good they were at deflecting the DS Superlaser and saving Alderaan...

Nope, he just (mostly) dodges away. No saber deflections.
My mistake, what is the highest level of canon deflection?
I think that one of the x-wing or zahn books had a deflection of that scale but I am really just guessing on this specific.

Off hand, the highest I can think of is the speeder bike chase in ROTJ.
