In SC2k you were able to make underwater tunnels by physically lowering the middle of a tunnel that was created above sea level. Is that possible in SC4?

I did it in SC3k all the time. You make a land bridge with a steep enterence and exit incline thats flat all the way through and run the road through that.

I Was able to do it (SC2k)through modifying the terrain and lowering well below sea level. Then when I was done with that, I could just make an underwater tunnel. (Cars/Trucks Busses) It didn't work all the time though.
