Does anyone else downloading this mod get just the "data" folder, or am I missing something?

Dump the Data folder into the HW2 root directory.

I just noticed in the Starship duels the AI's Al-Khalid has 1.3+ million hp, regular Al-Khalid's have just under 900k! Makes it rather hard to win :/

Seems to be the case for all AI ships, I think. The SP is damn near impossible, when you're trying to hold off 3 destroyers, 3 carriers, and waves of corvettes using only 5 fighter squadrons, 5 bomber squadrons, and a pair of frigates.

Which mission was that? I don't recall such obscene odds.

Protecting the shipyard. That Battlecruiser it starts with is barely enough to hold off against the initial enemy attack. I entered the engagement with one support frigate, and some fighters, and some resourcers. And it STILL gave me those odds with the scaling opponents! :P

I played that mission twice; the first time the AI focus'ed on the shipyard, and the Prince never got touched; however I lost during the troopship invasion. The next time I played they focus'ed on the prince, but when you send everything you have to the shipyard it should be enough to save it, make sure to repair it asap of course. I played the second to last mission, makaan had like 8 titans, plus the Dreadnaught. Fortunately I had a dozen ion cannon frigates, two princes, 4 carriers and a truckload of strike craft (the savegame was from my playing the vanilla campaign, don't see any other way to win this mission, so many titans!). My strikecraft charge the DN and did about 10% damage with almost no casualties (damage though), and really confused the hell out of the poor AI, I then proceeded to snipe each Titan, they had four or five titans left by the time they started firing their foreward ion cannons at me (lost a prince :( ). Yay for dumb AI.

It helps a lot of if you can save your AxCV from M02.

At the beginning of the battle begin moving all of your ships towards the SY. If the BC can take out the enemy CV then you should be able to jump the AxCV in behind the enemy destroyers. That'll split their fire; the SY can take care of itself against the frigate swarm. Do some combined arms voodoo (and make sure you land your fighters so they can reload their HVR pods) and you'll take them down. Make sure you repair the BC!

Once you take care of the initial strike force you'll get a CV from the SY. I used it to blow up Marine Frigates coming in and provide general fire support while the allied BC, my MS and AxCV took out the three carriers that closed in against you.

Really need help on this. I've extracted it. Got the short cut. Ran it, got a warning saying my vidcard was in PCI mode and AGP makes it run better. Pretty sure I didn't get this with HW2 stock. No clue what that means either. Then I fire up a skirmish using PDS and AI mods. No sound, no changes added. I want to play this so badly too....

Uninstall HW2, clear out any scraps in its directory, reinstall HW2, apply the 1.1 patch, extract PDS6.1 into the HW2 root directory.
