My CRT died today, and I am stuck on a crappy backup thats making my eyes bleed. I was thinking of buying an LCD, but am not really sure what to look for. A local PC shop has this for about $350. I am a big gamer, right now mostly WoW but I play FPS's alot too. Any advice?

If there's a Fry's near Pittsburgh, you might be able to score a refurbished 21" monitor. I got one (not the same model, though) and have been pretty happy with it.
However, if you do any LAN gaming and want to take a monitor that will not make your eyes bleed, a 19" CRT might be better suited to you (as the 21" will almost certainly be far too large to be practically portable).
The LCD you linked to looks pretty good - it has a nice, fast response time - so if you really want an LCD (which is really nice for hauling to LAN parties, if you do that sort of thing - or, if you're short on desk space) then that does look like a good one. However, keep in mind that just about every 17" LCD is going to have the same native resolution, so you're not really paying for any more space on your computer desktop; you might consider getting a 17".
