An IJN pilot took two 12.7mm rounds and flew 400 miles back to base. That doesn’t mean he could take a 30mm cannon round and keep going. Saber's very likely going to do more damage.

Xaio Xaio wins easily... even if the Jedi kills him (which would be hard to do, given what we saw the guy take in Xaio Xaio 1), the stick figure's ghost would just get up and kick the Jedi's ass (Xaio Xaio 5). On the other hand, we've never seen any evidence that Jedi ghosts are even capable of fighting. Thus, Xaio Xaio wins.
