What themes do you use/recommend?

Windowblinds is a bit better http://www.stardock.com/products/windowblinds/

Are there any themes w/o the need to install a third party program? Oh, and what's the theme on Dalton's desktop? I don't think she wants to pay for anything or install more crud than she needs to.
