Actually, it's a several page long initial work, followed up by like a half dozen books explaining it (notably the Liber Aleph, Book of Lies and Liber Aba which is several books in one).
That said, it's an overall interesting philosophy that focuses on humanismand self-governance. However, it's unworkable in practicality as you'd need everyone to follow the philosophy AND have everyone at a mental point where they rationally understand and follow True Will (which, in itself is a complex thing detailed across several books).
