Grey Six awards an official "attaboy" to deserving folks who obtain Jedi Knight or above, but recommendations for awards must be submitted to your PAC NLT COB on the last working day of each week. DA Form 638 is the preferred method, which can be found here:

Even with a proper submission of a DA Form 638, an award is not guaranteed, although the esteemed "attaboy" is generally awarded to most. More deserving members can obtain higher awards, but final decisions are left to Grey Six.
