*The idea of this is to have a RPG run in the universe of D&D and it's realms. So no technology or anything of that sort, just might and magic. This will not, however include any die rolls or anything, just your imaginations. Hopefully, this will work all right. PM me if you have any questions. Otherwise, just have fun!*
A tall, cloaked figure walked into a large, round stone chamber that was dimly lit. Removing the hood, the single other occupant of the room sees the pale skin, fine features, and pointed ears of his Drow master. Not daring to speak or move until he is called upon, the Lords servant stands like a statue in a dark corner of the room.
"Arvir, fetch the generals and get me some food." He commanded in a shadowy voice.
Rushing from the room, Arvir tripped, provoking a dull grunt from his master. Sitting down at the worn table at the far end of the room, Draxien, the current leader of the Drow, pulled out the rolled piece of parchement that he had left his fortress for. Scanning it over for the hundreth time, he still could not believe his orders. The Church ofLolth, in his opinion, was going too far this time. He leaned back into his chair and sighed.
*Sorry, my grammar was a little off in that, keep switching between past and present tenses*

Despite being a male, G'rnzar ((hah, try pronouncing that! )) had enough raw magical talent to rise to a respectable place in drow society. Most of his enemies ended up either as piles of smoldering ash or gibbering idiots wandering around the streets wondering why their arms were missing. So it was a surprise (not that he would ever admit it) that he was invited to a
meeting with this drow lord.
After spending days locked in his study, scanning the future for any hint of danger (and killing those he thought were suspiciously common in his divinings) he teleported into the very room where
the the drow lord was present...at least thats what the drow lord saw. G'rnzar waited for the other to make a move. If this was a trap, the only thing that would be harmed was the enthralled goblin polymorphed into G'rnzar's form.

Not even bothering to turn to face the intruder to his chambers, Draxien continued to look over various scrolls on his desk.
"So, G'rnzar, it has come to this... I have not been unaware of your endeavors of late, nor am I unaware of your unquenchable thirst for power. That, however, is the reason you are never involved in anything concerning our society: You hunger too much. You need to learn your place, and stay there." Finally standing up and facing his intruder, Draxien flicked his hand at the desk in front of him, which promptly disappeared. "Did you really think a simple illusion could fool me? I have been alive since before your sorry excuse for a mother was weened into this world. A small force of elites is already closing upon your true location as we speak, and the Generals are already on there way here. Do you really think it wise to try to usurp my power?"
