IIRC Founders are able to mimick very closely what they are trying to hide as. A Founder mimicking a human would show up on sensor scans as a human. Mimicking a rock, they would show up as a rock. The only way they could be detected was either by hiting them with a low powered energy sweep from a phaser or by detaching a small section from them.

So would they be able to form a gun? And could their bullet hold shape long enough to kill anyone?

I don't think it would work. They used to test for changelings by taking blood samples. After a second or so it reverted back to the golden liquid. Maybe if they had the bullets inside them?

Agreed. They can't form the bullet because it would deform once it leaves them. They could hide the bullets inside of themselves. This would make for the ultimate concealed weapon.

As an additional good thing about them, Founders can also live forever, theoretically, the Female Founder says this during the Dominion War arc.

Such an Emperor in charge of the Galactic Empire, with Sith powers, would truly be a force with which to be reckoned. In fact, the people of the GE need never know the Emporer is a Changling. To them, the Emperor would be human.

The thing is the Changelings can mimick whatever they are appearing to be. It is entirely possible they can either hide the contents or they could position it somewhat in the body and make up a reasonable explination as to it being there (like a replacement joint made of metal).

Hell, they need not even know the Emperors were all one person. I'd imagine people would get pretty antsy about an emperor who lived forever after a while. Might increase the number of assasination attempts the Dark Lord of the Golden Goo would have to foil.

It'd make a for one hell of a fighter. Force precognition combined with the abilty to manipulate your body make up would produce a very very dangerous fighter.

Worse yet, imagine what would happen if this Founder found it's way back to the Milky Way and managed to commune it's knowledge with the great honking ocean of Founders on their homeworld. Everybody else in the galaxy would be pretty much fucked.

Sisko would proably collapse the wormhole and kill the prophets and himself then let his precious Federation be hurt by the Founders again.

Actually Sisko could just seal it or kill any Dominion\Empire ships that came through. Then again, with Imp speed the BW is irrelevant.
