Two assaination attempts and one attempted hanging by mob later he skipped out of the country for his own saftey leaving with nothing more than the clothes on his back and his staff of office. A true friend of the people.. whoever they are.

I left to do other things an hour after it was supposed to begin. If real-life stuff comes up and keeps the game from starting that night, I can understand that, but I'm not going to stick around for 3 hours intently waiting for it to begin at any moment.

On the plus side I have the innkeeper willing to lick my boots. On the downside I have as yet not been able to convice our illustrious group to become "shinny happy people"

Instead we have two semi-homidal manaics/loners(One Gensei, One Desert Dweller) a Paladian which can be used as a flotation device. One fanatical damn near blind King of the Commies(Myself) who happens to be trying to make it back to the top, one peseant revolt at time.
One Half-Orge who happens like eating people, on the plus side he makes an excellent bodyguard, Kudos on him.

So everything is right in the world.

Since when has my character displayed homicidal tendencies? I will grant the loner status, and he has +15 to sarcasm, but he hasn't done anything homicidal yet.

And his lonerness is understandable, considering that they are in a city where the people can react rather violently to the presence of a Genasi.
