yeah they have mabit of not letting the truft come in the way of theirMange the Swede wrote:Yes, absolutely. And add on top of that their inability to assess the available evidence before spouting things. For example, the claim that "Warp is capable of 1 million c" despite the complete lack of evidence for such capabilities.Lord Revan wrote:The thing about debating Darkstar or his ilk is not even try to win, but rather make give as idiotic statement possible (it's impossible to win in debate on their turf as their canon policy boils down to "what hurts my arguments is non-canon".

For the "Neural Adaptor"...Then prove some of this you mealy mouthed moron!
There is no visible evidence for a broken vertebrate other than the "Glowing Bones" incident. And we don't see that very clearly.
Both Anakin and Luke Skywalker had artificial limbs...
Luke Skywalker gets a pins and needles feeling in the back of his neck during one of the earlier EU Books when he removes one of the two power cells to use it to open a door.
I assume that this is some measure of proof.
Vader doesn't appear to suffer a broken neck in ROTS, though his body was charred and twisted by the lava; but even if he didn't there was 19 years between ROTS and ANH plus another 5 between ANH and ROTJ during which he's been doing the Emperor's dirty work all around the galaxy. There's plenty of opportunities for suffering additional injuries during that time.
Furthermore there's no evidence that Luke ever had any neural interface wired directly into his brain. His mechanical hand appears to be wired into his forearm and is presumably activated by nerve impulses in his arm. Any tingling sensation in his spine is probably his Jedi senses telling him something.

Why do they think the Fed ships will survive the turbolaser attacks? Also they will have to penetrate shields that took the blunt of a planet exploding ......the torpedoes will have trouble with that as well.

They also like to use the SW EU... when it suits them... as in, Turbolasers causing nothing but a "Forest Fire" in Darksabre
Don't let that bother you. Just refer them to their own "canon" policy and say it's inadmissible evidence (of course, IIRC, the novel doesn't explicitly say which weapons caused the "forest fires"). I'd say that this is merely a desperate tactic (just like declaring old drafts "canon").Dakarne wrote:Why do they think the Fed ships will survive the turbolaser attacks? I also have to remind them that "Vapourising a Small Town" could well mean turning everything in a surrounding radius of that small town into molten rock.Don't let that bother you. Or even, y'know... vapour.
"The bird let out a slow chicken cackle. It sounded like a chicken, but in her heart she knew it wasn't. In that instant, she completely understood the concept of a chicken that was not a chicken. This looked like a chicken, like most of the Mud People's chickens. But this was no chicken.

The "Small Town" would apparently be vapour... and maybe a decent chunk surrounding it, but then there's the fact that it doesn't stop there magically. An explosion of that magnitude carries on and effects more. A fact which they, apparently, seem to lack the brainpower to have thought of.Or even, y'know... vapour.

I'm glad your motherfucking stupid ass twit self can actually think of something when you cannot answer your own indecisive bullshit.Dakarne wrote:I assumed his inability to breathe came from the planet's quite toxic air... he'd have been protecting himself with the force before then.
And also just locking because now, it's not even begun on it's original and it's Dakarne spamming how he'll truimph over the morons with his own ignorance as the ace in the hole.
