I like simplicity, but I'm not sure if the text is the greatest. Any suggestions?

I meant font as in an Arial vs Times New Roman vs ... sense. The quotes are fine.

The bordering idea is nifty though. Not sure that I'd use those particular pictures (since it's not so much an action scene) but it is a good idea if I find something nifty to put there. Thanks.

I didn't really know what you were looking for in terms of mood, so I used generic GTA imagery.
