Need advice on a new DVD player.

I recently bought a new HDTV and I want to replace my old DVD player with a new model that has progressive scan. My current old player is a Sampo that's region free (And had the option to set the player to a specific region), and could play PAL DVDs. Anyway, do any of you know of a good player that has the same features? I'm looking to spend anywhere from 100 to 150 dollars.
