For Red Faction/Summoner? Check for Descent Manager tools, probably on all the Freespace 2 mod sites. They all use the same tools.

The Punisher, actually. The Red Faction editor won't read the files. Has Volition released a Punisher toolkit, or does it have to be done another way?
