That is, quite literally, the stupidest thing I have read in a LONG time. Anyone still wanna argue that the British tertiary education system competes with that of the US?

Now to take it apart.
1. The probably of God's existence is one in two. That is, God either exists or doesn't.
Nonsense. Either a baseball team will make the playoffs or it won't--there are only two possibilities, here. However, even if we assume that all the teams are equally good they do NOT have a 50:50 chance of making the playoffs because less than half the teams make the playoffs.

Similarly, the chances that God exists or not are not necessarily one-in-two.
2. The probability that God became incarnate, that is embodied in human form, is also one in two.
WTF? He applies the exact same fallacy again. When faced with two possibilities, the two options are NOT NECESSARILY EQUALLY LIKELY.
3. The evidence for God's existence is an argument for the resurrection.
1. What "evidence" does this refer to?

2. No it's not. There's no reason why the existence of God should necessarily be proof of a resurrection event.
4. The chance of Christ's resurrection not being reported by the gospels has a probability of one in 10.
How does he figure?
5. Considering all these factors together, there is a one in 1,000 chance that the resurrection is not true.
WHAT. THE. FLYING. FUCK.

This drivel simply cannot be taken seriously. He can't even do the math correctly after making up all of this bullshit logic.

And either I will win the lottery next week or I wont, so my chances are 50/50?

Here's a thought, use this logic the next time some fundy tries to say the chances of evolution is next to nil. After all, either evolution happened or it didn't. :)

By this same logic, I have an equal chance of falling left. Or up. Or any direction. There are really infinite directions that I could fall, which means that I have a 1 in infinity chance of doing what I'm doing now.

But that's complete bullshit.
So long, and thanks for all the fish
