It's from Jackass, I think. Though it could indeed be a stop-animation... taking one pose, taking another, snapping photos meanwhile, and then putting them together as a gif.
If that's not a stop-animation, the guy in the yellow shirt would have left a trail of blood from the friction.
Well, its possible he was lying on a skateboard, though thats pretty unlikely.

Yeah, but it's a looped animation, so he's facing an infinite number of arrows.

So surely his ammunition is also infinite?
There is, after all, a finite amount of arrows, but they are continually looped, so there is the illusion of infinite arrows. Same for his ammo.
There's another one I have, with a man trying to open a door. However, it is truly huge.

Does anyone remember that old flash anim of a stickman ninja beating the shit out of a whole bunch of stickmen ninjas?
It was at sohu or soho.com, but I can't find it anymore. The guy had several more he added to the site before he disappeared.

Yes, the best way to smuggle something is to drive straight towards a roadblock with your goods stacked in plain sight while praying to God that nobody will notice. That kid almost deserves it for being so stupid.
Batgirl needs a priority check.
[And check out the perspective on the guy Batman is hitting. Not only is his punch as a 90 degree angle with his fist, the guy must be at least 10 feet tall by that. Lazy artists.]
