I'm trying to post a video online so people can download it at will. I'm worried about 2 things:
What compression/dimensions should this Quicktime movie be?
Where can I find a free host for it (and no, I don't have my own web-address. I only have a Yahoo Group)?

How big is this video going to be? If it's under 50 megs, you could probably use RapidShare. If it's under 250 megs, you could probably use MegaUpload to host it. For anything larger, there's Yousendit, but that only allows a limited amount of downloads.
