If you still have the .bmp you can possibly recover it, just open it in paint and expand it, but since you saved it as a jpg alot of the pic was blurred so us expanding it gives us nothing.

Thats misleading. No the chat isn't always like this, but if you don't count the time when no ones talking the chat is mostly like this.
