Waukeen (N), Merchant's Friend, has Knowledge and Travel domains. She may be too peaceful for what you're going for.

These two might fit, but could be too lawful.
Kelemvor(LN), Lord of the Dead, has Travel and Protection and is very serious about fairness. If you don't mind worshipping the god of the dead this might be a good one.

Minor deity, as in his church isn't well known.
Hoar the Doombringer (LN) has Retribution and Travel. He is highly vengeful.

True Neutral deities include:
Akadi, lesser deity of air
Gond, intermediate god of craft
Grumbar, greater deity of earth
Istishia, greater deity of ocean and storms
Kossuth, greater deity of fire
Oghma, greater deity of knowledge
Silvanus, greater deity of the wild
Ubtao, greater deity of jungles and dinosaurs (also patron of Chult)
Waukeen, lesser deity of commerce

Lets see, 7pm comes out as midnight, which might be a pushing it time wise, 2am is right out for me. 1pm Sunday would be so amazingly perfect that it would be, well, perfect. I'm essentially good for any time between 7am and 11pm GMT (daylight savings is oh so annoying). So 2am to 6pm EST. I'll say take a pick sometime then and I should be good to go.

It's not implauseable.

You can be like Ashemi. Sure, you like the idea of sucking mortals souls out, and you think good guys are patsies, but when you get right down to it, good guys have a longer life expentency then demons.

So you've made a rational decision not to be evil.

Of course, since you have the CE subtype divination will reveal you to be CE no matter what your alignment really is.

Not exactly true, if he is good, detect good will show him up as good. But detect evil will still show him as evil.
Edit: maybe sunday morning, like at 9am?
