Ah Galaxy so you subscribe to pure heresey, and and warped logic.

Most of the things in their are literally either wank fests or just plain wrong to what he may have gotten right.

And you obviously haven't seen many of his debates if you think he doesn't outright lie or just put up gigantic walls of ignorance.

And as Shadow put so well...he's an ass.

Have you not been reading this thread. It's not his claims that bother people, it's when he continues to claim the same thing over and over even after people have disproved it.

Erm.... yes there is. DarkStar refuses to engage in rational discussion or debate with anybody. Read any of the threads involving him on this website, on SB.com, ASVS, or the debate he had with Mike Wong.

The part of that whole thread that really pissed me off was how DarkStar continued to state that everyone else should be agreeing with him, and that the people were never going to agree with him in the first place. If he were even remotely reasonable, he would have considered the possibility that he had been wrong. Moreover, on Endor the AT-ST's were used in a non-conventional role due to the density of the trees. The AT-AT that we see on Endor was not a factor in the battle, likely because of its difficulty maneuvering. On Hoth, the AT-ST was fighting in a support role for the AT-AT's, which is reasonable for an armed scout to be doing. Further, on Endor when it "charges the rebel position," the AT-ST acted as a heavy vehicle on Endor because the rebels had no heavy arms. DarkStar failed to recognize any of that.

I've read too many ridiculous and bias warsie claims to think that Darkstar is any worse. And i don't like that everyone seems to want to gang up on him. Many of you warsies are growing a mob mentality, which is totally ruining this debate. I know it's getting pretty bad when i have to put up with threats about my icon.

Funny, the majority of the opinion here, at spacebattles, and at ASVS isa that it is morons who talk out their ass like DarkStar, Bob Brown, and Adarx that ruin the debate.

Okay, rule number 1 around here is that you do NOT defend DarkStar, unless you have a damn good reason for doing so (ie. evidence that he happens to be correct, like when a blind man hits a dart board). DarkStar is widely regarded by pro-Wars, pro-Trek, and pro-B5 advocates as being the stupidest and most tenacious SOB on the internet. I have, myself, defended a few of his points that were correct, but the simple fact of the matter remains that he is wrong so much more often than he is right, that he is simply being right out of random chance and not through any conscious effort of his own. This can rapidly be proven. Look at one of the points that you think he's right about, then push him a little bit on that point and see how he reacts. He invariably reacts to your challenge the same way that he reacts when he is completely and undeniably wrong. This demonstrates that he literally makes no distinction between being right or wrong.
