Have a very nice day.

The waking up as zombies is the part I'm worried about.
I get my action point, find out I can't take out the bodies when it's barricaded, and jump to the next building. This one has two bodies. I guess it's progress.
Apparently it has fallen to me to officialy welcome SDnetizens to the city of Malton in the name of the First and Second Librum Irregulars. Good hunting and for God's sake, don't log off in the middle of the street.

Well, I've got one Zombie character now - after logging off in a fucking barricaded building, I find myself lying dead in the middle of a road. Grrr...
And I've created a Fireman who's barricaded himself in downtown. He's called wma.

Double sticky that, this game is perfect for blowing twenty minutes each day.

Managed to survive the night as a firefighter, though there was a dead body when I logged in, but everyone else was still alive. Vinetown seems to be a safe place for begginers with very few zombies, but hard to gain xp because of that (which I later found out ).

Its because before the recent bite and this new twist, humans had gained an overwhelming advantage, with every building barricaded to the heavens, secured, garisoned and with bufferers(like me, 26FAKS and 6 syringes) ready.

Spent some AP, Wohoo six pistol clips, four shotguns!
But no Pistols nor any shotgun shells! Doh!
Repeat a warning from all the guides here. If your a Surivor... don't log out on the street EVER. That says free food to Zombies.

On the other hand, it also says free food to Zombie Hunters. I checked on my secondary Zombie character to find that a wandering hunter had headshot him, making me lose what little experience I had.
Are there the equivalent of safehouses for zombies, or is this something they just have to live with?

I'd say your best bet is to find a big group of other zombies and camp out with them. It might not deter people, but at the very least it'll give them something to swing/shoot at that isn't you.

Yeah this is fucking bullshit. Better fix would be to give it a min level requirement (say, level 5) and have multiple tiers of it. Tier 1 might reduce AP to 7, Tier 2 to 4.
But 1? Why not make my pistol accuracy 99% with just 1 level?

Only costs 1AP to get back up as opposed to 10.
That's just silly.

Just started as Nvmerivs in Dulston (Very freaking top right), in an PD that'll remain anonymous for my own safety (bullshit random generator gave me 1 hit after I emptied two clips and a couple accidental fisticuffs into a zombie, and ran like hell to a PD). Barricaded very strongly with ~10 level 1-2, ~3 level 4-8 survivors.
Luckily I didn't end up in Dentonside or fucking Shearbank. Still, there's supposedly a PK Team that preys on weak players 7 blocks South, but I doubt they can patrol that far and still hold down the mall.
SDN Survival Attempt Group still on? It's a long way for a level 1 with no Free Running to "hitchhike" through cover across the city, but I'd be there whereever it is if there's an SDN Group area you're holding down or moving through. Or even a SDN Tetrarchy of low-level players working together.
I'll just avoid the heavy areas like the plague (hah!) and get there within a few days... or a week... assuming I don't die. Bullshit Random # Gen...
