James Bond.

The contest? Who can sleep with the most women in a two week period.

The setting: An expensive hotel in Jamaca.

Scenario 1: The contest is set in the modern time.
Scenario 2: The contest is set 400 years in the future, causing there to be alien species also at the hotel.

Who takes it?

Bond. Kirk takes a little more time to work his charms on average. James Bond however can seduce 'em in a few hours and leave them, happy, ten minutes later. Trust me, Bond's got this one locked down.

I think that Bond, James Bond, wins. He usually has sex with multiple people in the course of a movie. There were some scattered episodes in which Kirk wasn't even attracted to anybody.

Setting one: probably goes to Bond. Despite Kirk's well-known libido, Bond has at least 2 or more women in the course of a movie, which takes place normally over a fairly short time period of a few days. Giving him 2 weeks to compete, and even assuming a conservative estimate of 3.5 days per "film" and 2 women per "film" works out to the contest running over 4 "films" and giving Bond 8 women (4x2). In contrast, an episode of TOS could take place in 1 day, 1 week, or even on rare occasions 1 month, and at best Kirk maybe had 2 women in an episode, with 1 being the more likely. Going conservatively with 1 week per "episode" and 1 woman per "episode", the contest only gives him enough time for 2 "episodes" 2 women (2x1).

Setting two: unquestionably goes to Kirk. Bond doesn't have enough of a cosmopolitan viewpoint towards alien women, which will both hinder his ability to charm the ladies and slow down his rate. Even worse, he won't have the cultural knowledge of nonhuman species to know what the best come-on lines are -- especially if race X's normal courtship rituals are opposite to human norms, for example. Kirk, in contrast, has no problem partying with nonhuman ladies, even without resorting to the novels and the plethora of alien women he's slept with over the years. And being the well-traveled starship captain that he is, he's fairly fluent in numerous courtship rituals.

So, game 1 to Bond, game 2 to Kirk, resulting in an overall draw.

Bond takes the first competition, he's just so good at it.

The second one, however, becomes a bit more tricky. Kirk, I am sure, knows all about having sex with alien women. He knows what zones to stimulate, and what to put where. Bond will find that trickier. The second competition is anyone's game.

Based on how often Bond gets laid in the movies and thinking that is average, Bond gets laid far more often than Kirk's five year mission.
