Warhammer 40000 Custom banner help

Okay I know I suck at making images and stuff, so can anyone help me with this?

Welcome to the badge tutorial for DoW. Making a badge is a very simple process. Having done it once, you will be able to churn them out like some similie I can't even imagine. For those of you who do not have PS7, I will do a quick generic run-down of what properties a badge must have. Hopefully you can figure it out with whatever program you use.

* Badges must be 64x64 pixels.
* Banners must be 64x96 pixels.
* Image must be either a 24 or 32bit Targa (.tga).
* To use transparency, image must have an alpha channel and be 32bit.
* Image must not be compressed.
* In the alpha channel, Black is transparent and White is opaque - any value in between is partially transparent.

What I would like is this image.

As a custom badge and banner

Also please remove all the other stuff, just the man inside the geometrical figure.

Any help is welcome

Well thank you!

I am not really sure, but to get that image cleaned up and usable as in remove the text and perhaps cut out the image from the background if that is possible.

As I said I suck at image manipulation.

This is about the only thing I found about custom banners and badges.

Can't really do a heck of a lot with it. Give me a few.

EDIT: What exactly do you want cut out? Vitruvian man in the circle, or just the entire background gone?

The Vitruvian man in the circle please, but I will see if I can find a better image.

On the other hand can you remove the the background so I can test that one?

Yea for the Emperor or somthing, I am not at home with the entire WH40000 mythos, it is just a cool RTS for me.
