NAT help

Post by PainRack »

Errr......... I recently had to replace my HD and along with it, recustomise my com.

The problem is, I utterly forgot how to forward my ports for Bit torrent and connect Emule up.

Can anyone help?

I'm using Azeureus, my network adapter is 3com 3C905B-TX.

You need to specify what router you have.

Errr, I don't think I'm behind a router............

I just have an ethernet modem, the problem is while I cleared the ICF to allow 6882, I'm still having NAT error, even after I added the static IP address........ I read that for the ethernet modem, one has to forward the ports too so..........

Is this your network setup?

Internet <-> Cable/DSL Modem <-> Computer

In ICF, did you set Port 6882 to permit UDP or TCP traffic through?

Does your cable/dsl modem include an internal router?
