Clone Palpatine (to give Palpy the health and strength of a young body)
Exar Kun
Naga Sadow
Mara Jade

Exar Kun and Palpantine will slowly fry the pokemon to death with force lightning, or they might just make them explode into a bloody mess. It will not be pretty at all for the pokemon.

Well the Pokemon have powerful psychis pokemon to counter their opponents fighting power, ghost Pokemon which are immaterial, fighting pokemon to counter the opponent's lightsaber skills, and ice pokemon which are not energy attacks, so cannot be absorbed.

That said, the Sith kick ass (unless it's 7 Mews, then it actually becomes a contest.)

7 Mewtwos? While Palpy, Sadow and Kun are jamming all of them at once, Maul and Kyp slash them to pieces, Vader chokes them all and, Dooku lightnings all of them, and MAra just stands there looking dumb.

Some of the Sith might take a hit, but the Pokemon are outmatched severely.
