Simple problem Excel into Vcard

I have an excel spreadsheet that contains bunch of names, emails and phone numbers that I took from my phone and went through and cleaned up, I would like to convert it into a Vcard file so I could send it to my phone via IR, but how do I do that?

I don't know if it's possible but from what little poking around I could do, a comma seperated value format might work. (.csv)

Yes, I just found a XLS-CSV convertor, then a CSV-vCard converter.

Now I just have my fucked up IR port to worry about, gah, nothing works as it should...
