VBS2 is due out very soon.

Not to mention Armed Assault:

Oh god, the BIS goodness is destroying me! And thats without the true OFP sequel being taken into account either. VBS2 is the military grade sim, Armed Assault is OFP 1.5 with updated engine etc - the true sequel is still coming!

*breaks down crying*

WHY BIS? WHY DO YOU MAKE SUCH AWESOME STUFF?

Well shit, those will kill office productive for a month...

When is Armed Assault due out? Several of my coworker were OFP fans, and they're looking forward to a sequel.

Did you never play the original Operation Flashpoint - I've got draw distance at 4km on my system and have seen it set higher...

I haven't followed the OpFlash scene in a long time unfortunately, so I'm a little confused.

Now, I have OpFlash and the expansion, Resistance. As far as I knew apart from the occasional patch that was all there was. Am I correct in understanding that these are a solid mod and a major patch overhaul from the developer, respectively? In other words, if I wanted to play these, I'd simply reinstall OFP and Resistance?
