Just out of curiosity, who are the other two girls? I know the middle one only as Spanky's favorite avatar and I've never seen the "big" one before.
The middle one is Asuka of NGEvangelion, although I'm not sure who the other is.

It originated in condensed internet chatter (like "how r u?") and was probably image-macro'ed by the friendly goons at Something Awful.
