Here's ours, we won a free tree voucher from a friend winning a competition on the radio, so we got this one - tis one of the nicer trees that we've had, and we've just spent the past four hours decorating the house. Now in very festive mood and we've got moose strategically hidden about the house...

Image

This one, for example is perched on the fan above the tree. Hideously tasteless, but also rather fun. :D

No, it's not the correct way to say it. "Moose" is both singular and plural; I just think "meese" is a fun word. :P

Need some info first. Is it already in digital format on your computer? If so, you can go to your email and find the "attachment" button and attach the photo to an email and then email it to someone (me, for example: zaiais@hotmail.com) if you want someone to host it for you. Or, you can go to www.photobucket.com, get yourself a free account, and upload the photo from your computer into photobucket, where it will give you a url to access the photo.

Actually, I had nothing to do with the acquirement of the moose this year, got back from Wales and found my dad had bought it - I've got this crazy idea that christmas tree decorations should be more baubly :D. Of course, putting it on the fan was my idea, and we've also got a rudolph glove puppet balanced on the top of our artificial tree. :D

Obsession indeed... harumph! I'm so unobsessed, I won't even make angry noises about the use of the word meese. :P

Well, I think it looks lovely. The house and the boys don't look too shabby either. ;-)

Mr.Wong,

I'm curious, the beads you have on your tree, are they glass beads? Or plastic?

My father and I just spent the morning putting our 1913 hand painted glass beads on our tree ((an heirloom from grandmother)) and im curious if yours are similar to ours. I'd post pics, but right now abou 30% of the tree lights are working, so we want all those lit before taking a snapshot.

Nothing wrong with fake trees. We've been using them for more than twenty years.

Speaking of, I'm gonna go take pictures of a few of ours right now.

IMO Fake trees might not look and smell as nice but they do beat the mess that real trees make when you go to take them outside and you don't have to dispose of the fake tree or waste money on a new tree each year. Fake trees rule overall!!

Besides you can always get the smell of pine or whatever running throughout your house with candles, plug ins scented oil thingies, wax cakes or whatever :P

They're plastic. I'm an engineer, not an artisan. I go for low cost and practicality :)

I only notice the change when I look at old pictures of them. Then it's shocking.
