Haven't managed to beat the fourth mission as the Eldar yet. Soooooo much easier with the Guard; that Land Raider practically takes care of itself.

Ironic, I found the IG part of Mission 4 to be insanely hard, but the Eldar part was far, far far easier. Just sneak up the side, let the Orks/Chaos and IG/SM duke it out between themselves, then teleport a Bonesinger to beyond the gate just after you destroy the generator. Simple.
I know there is a method, but all I see is the madness.

As Guard I barely even had to do anything. Just tell my tech-priests to follow the Land Raider and repair it, and the Space Marines will fight through by themselves. Just throw Guardsmen at the bases in the first stretch to keep them off of the Marines, and you're all clear from there. As for replacements, there's a hole in the wall directly north of the Valkyrie; if you bust through the small Chaos base there, you can actually get your replacement squads in front of the convoy. Hell, if the Land Raider would actually go through there, you could cut a whole leg off of the trip, but nooooooooo, they have to stick to the road.

Same here! I put the bonesinger in the falcon, get 3 squads of warp spiders, 2 of fire dragons.. and run. They clear a swathe, I jump the falcon to the generators, drop bonesinger, build gate, teleport in building. Bah. I just don't get the Eldar style of play. I like huge armies, massed vehicles, and smashing the lines of the enemy beneath my armored fist.
Speaking of smashing beneath armored fists: Anybody up for a game? I grow tired of the general population of the servers.
