In the past we debated what cannon was. A few of us came to the conclusion that the movies are suppose to be a real life telling of the events and that the EU was always one sides version of what happend.
Now is there any books out there (Ive read almost all of them, im talking about the Bandam, and Del Rey) that the villians win?
now for arguments sake
Old Republic (good) Sepratists (bad)
New Republic (good) Empire (bad)
It seems that only Empire Strikes back the vilians win
now for series
Vong Invasion for instance
Most books have the Vong winning
but the outcome is what im looking for the GFFA wins (good guys)
Any book series where the final outcomes is the badguys winning?

Wait, is this a general sci fi question about fictional series that has the villians winning, or the opposition the the protagonist(s) winning? There's a difference.

Well, the villians win in the ROTS novelization (obviously), and in Dark Lord.
