Dude. This is pathetically obvious how it'll turn out.
The crew of the Executor would die of old age before the Enterprise would begin to dent its shields. Meanwhile, one direct hit from a MTL of the Executor would overwhelm the shields of the Enterprise, then turn the ship itself into atomized particles. This is like asking how a gnat would fare against an alligator.
