Haha waiting on pins and needles too aren't you. I should be sleeping now but I'm waiting too :D.

By the way I hope the Federation can pull through, you only lost one ship to her fleet :D. And I've run sims with thousands of fighters and it's a slaughter. Better have a lot of ripped shirts handy for Kirk.

And I haven't even attacked yet haha.

I feel evil bragging (I'm sure you'll rub it in my face when you're capturing my worlds ha) but I guess It's not really bragging because it was all Neph's planning and ships that's doing it not me haha :D.

Sims don't mean much because of the supply issue that I pointed out earlier. Basically, in the sims, an arbitrary number of fighters will always lose because they run out of supply after the first shot. In any case, after I executed the turn, I took the liberty of peeking at the event log and replaying the combat logs, so I know how the next battle turns out and you don't ;)

Well, I'm going to bed, so don't bother chomping at the bit waiting for me to execute the turn if Dalton sends his file between now and about 7:30 AM PST, plus or minus 30 minutes.

I've undone and resubmitted my turn. If that doesn't do the trick I'll replay my last one.

Same error. I think it's not a corrupted file so much as something you did in the turn triggering some buggy code.

Don't scare me. What could possibly have defeated Neph's fleet on the warp point? Don't tell me you have 5000 fighters on that warp point.

Even if thee did, the unholy alliance is not so easily thwarted mortal one. Steel thyself for the worst is yet to come!

OK, I think I forgot to accept a gift from Trogdor. I redid my turn.

EDIT: No good. What the fuck?

Oh hey, we've been using this thread for discussions about the game, and this thread for any B5 RPing.

Well, upon conducting the trial and error experiment a second time, I found out that it wold process successfully if anyone's turn except mine or Trogdor's was omitted. Since Alan Bolte's turns have received the AI treatment so many times recently, I figured he would have the least to lose if the AI took his turn. Sorry if you feel singled out and for any difficulties that causes you, but the needs of the seven outweigh the needs of the one.

In any case, I processed the turn and uploaded the new file, so we're officially ready to rock and roll once again :)

Heh, sorry 'bout that. I don't get the little pop-up for some reason, and I usually don't check because I rarely have people sending me PMs (although this time I had six unread messages  ).

I've sent you a reply.

Brian, you should know better. My ships are like ammunition. Sometimes, you have to burn a few magazines to kill something. Things are getting interesting fast, as we can see.

There's something really weird going on. For the last few turns I've had warships in orbit of one of my planets, and every turn I've given them move orders - and every turn, they've completely failed to move.

No pending orders - I've grouped the lot of them and given them Fleet orders, maybe that will fix it.

The next thing to check is if ministers is on. The ministers were on for me by default for some reason, I had to turn them off.

After that... do you have a warp core and two warp engines, and do you have enough supplies to move. If you retrofit your engines your supplies are dumped and if you don't retrofit above a resupply depot you're dead in the water.

They have both unspent Movement and Supply points.

I think it's something to do with the (strangely unmarked) mines on a warp point, I'm not really familiar with them as they make the game too easy vs the AI.
