who's the best wheelman in video games

for me it would be anyone in GTA universe, whether it is claude from GTA3, Tommy from Vice City or Carl Johnson from San Andreas.

Dude - they are all beaten out by:

The Wacky Wheels crew, who are *maybe* edged out by the MarioKart crew.

Then you have 1nsane Racing and Flat-Out competing for most destructive racers.

And in pure wheel man ability - you are forgetting some greats, such as the driver from SpyHunter... What about the drivers in 4D stunts or Trackmania?

Burnout has nothing on the enormous crashes of the greatest crash simulator (sorry, racing game) in history...

Papyrus' Indy Car Racing 2.

Glottis, hands down. An elemental spirit of the Land of the Dead, summoned from the soil and given one purpose —to drive. Or, to change oil and adjust timing belts if no driving jobs are open.

She may not have been the best, but she was up there - Captain Carol "Foehammer" Rawley, the pilot of the Pelican designated Echo 419. She was one hell of a pilot, and technically the third-to-last human remaining alive on the first Halo discovered (the other two being the Master Chief and Sergeant Johnson). If she had not been ambushed by two Banshees in an enclosed space, leaving her unable to dodge, it's likely that she would have picked up the MC and survived the events of Halo 1.

I was really pissed when she died in that game...
