The Bounty Hunter Wars trilogy - I think that's what it's called - was absolute garbage on an absolutely incomprehensible scale. I'm not even sure if I finished the books to be honest.

The Courtship of Princess Leia was also truly pathetic and the EU would be a much better place if Isolder and his pointless role had never existed. The only part I enjoyed was Han's taunting the Imperial Warlord dude and I'm not even sure if that was in this book or Solo Command.

Were those the ones where the author kept using "barve," a word he made up?

I never completed Calrissan Adventures, but I loved them.......

Its has a much different "feel" from the other EU and one can argue that it suffers in term of "canonicity", but IMO, the Han Solo Adventures depicted a much more realistic and real Solo than the later Ann C Crisp story.

I think it was. I've forgotten most of the books (so dull, they were a real case of in one ear and out the ear) but it sounds familiar.
