No. I can't.

He just munched on 300 spies. On the other hand, he's not likely to be able to defend against an attack.

On the gripping hand, we can't get enough info on him to tell. I think he's a bad risk.

Yes but the more spies the better the rating. For him to lose 300 means he has a lot and losses are calculated by a percentage if I recall correctly. Which only means that Dog has a high covert effective rating.

Another potential target still on PPT. As of the time of this post, he has exactly 1 Defense Drone, 100 Attack Clones armed with DNA Targeted Disintegrators, and no covert capacity to speak of. Be wary of his commander and some of his allies, though.

I have reduced the target by over 200 ion cannons, he still has a lot more, strangely no counter covert forces remain (you hear that bugs)

My agents have infiltrated this infidel's realm, and exploded several of his weapons. Two agents sacrificed their lives in the name of their goddess to achieve this. The followup attack was unsuccessful in aquiring naquadah, but casualties were exchanged, with four of my soldiers, and one assassin sacrificing their lives for the goddess's cause in order to slay nine of the foe. Replacements for these martyrs have already been trained.
