Go to your profile. There should be a button under the actions and relation buttons that says "Make This User My Commander".

How does one increase defense once you have upgraded all your technology; just keep building defenders and buying weapons for them? How about anti covert ranking, just keep building units and buying your way up the tree?

Correct on both counts as far as I know. Just keep in mind that the Anit-Covert is just to kill Covent units when you make attacks.

How do I make it harder to spy them? I figured that was what the anticoverts were for.

The covert units make it harded for them to spy as well as increasing your spy rating. They really didn't label those units too well.

Well. I know of a few of their members from other places it ends up, including one for four years. Their boss was nice enough to replace the damage dealt, and I suppose if we're hitting high risk targets, having powerful friends can't hurt. 361 is a good rank.

hmmn. I just noticed that commanders pay a portion of their income to officers, not the other way around.

I just found this out because somebody became one of my officers, and now I get 12.8k less naq per turn.

Would someone mind smaking this fellow up a bit? He apparently got pissed by a passing inflitration team I sent his way, and launched a mildly damaging attack. I'd fight him myself, but I'm in the middle of a resource run, and he is a bit more powerful than I anyways.

Feels a tad dishonorable, but I suppose that's what the Alliance is for.
