Suggest Me A Pocket PC 2003 Browser

Post by FSTargetDrone »

For my old Dell Axim X5, can anyone recommend a nice browser that isn't IE for Pocket PC 2003? The Opera one I'm d/ling now has a 45-day trial. So far I can find nothing like a Firefox browser.

Supposedly bloated though.

Ok, will check it out.

The Opera Pocket PC browser (still in beta) I downloaded last night is nice in that it keeps everything aligned on the PDA's narrower screen, but it seems a bit wonky. Links don't always work when tapped. But it is faster than IE.

I guess it won't suffice for the newer PDAs, but I've recently started using my '99 Cassiopeia E-105 after getting a half-gig compact flash card for it. The browser I use, only for offline viewing though, is iBrowser by Foliage Software. Always worked fine for my needs since I got the thing for Xmas that year, though I'm sure the better OS driven machines today can run anything as good as a proper PC's browser now.
