This is Poppy, she had kittens very young and was abandoned. We got her from the cat rescue centre. I cant remember how old she is. I don't have any pictures of the guinea pigs on this computer so I will post them later.

Behold Sam, the mighty Welsh Corgi, being genetically engineered in antiquity to put the fear of God into Cattle, more recently into Squirrels and, by occassional necessity, into uppity Labrador Retrievers named Bob.

You know the old saying, Mike-if at first you don't succeed, destroy all evidence you ever tried.
And you DID post that picture before...
Not to say that it isn't cute, mind you. Fuzzy looks quite-well, fuzzy.

Amelie, the fierce hunter. (Actually, she's the feline equivalent of a dumb blond.)
Image

Cookie, best cat ever. Now unfortunately deceased.

Pupo (Italian for "little sausage"), lord of the manor. This is my Italian grandmother's cat, and he seriously gets treated like a freaking king.

"No Peg."

A friend of mine's got a cat that was so lazy it wouldn't even stand up to eat.. just lay there and stick his paw in the bowl, drag out a few kibbles and then eat them off the ground... of course they put a stop to that by getting him a taller bowl. I'll have to dig up pictures of my cats.

Haha, quite impressive. Food is the one thing my cats are truly enthusiastic about. They'll eat practically anything at any time.

Sunny ate brocolli once.

That's my Shelly, a red eared slider. He's several thousand miles away however, since I cannot have him in the dorms here (he is neither a fish, nor will he fit in a 10 gallon tank--love the rules around here  ).

He is a mass murderer of small fish and delights in the systematic destruction of small living bodies. I wuv him so :D

"You're prepared for a giant monster made entirely of nulls stomping around Mainframe?!"

"That is correct!"

"How do you plan for that?"

"Uh... lucky guess?"

That's some kind of turtle, right? Or tortoise or whatever that particular brand is called. ;)
Funny, I've never seen one of those in an aquarium.
@the Mrs: I'm not all that fond of spiders myself, but I have to admit that picture was moderately awesome. That close-up sure looks different than what I'm used to WRT arachnidae. I won't go so far as calling it pretty or Valen forbid cute, but it definitely does NOT look ugly, or icky, or some such.
Thumbs up to mexican fast food top catholic.
Oh, and I second the chameleon request.

This is my cat Lunch when he was still mostly a kitten.

Little more recent picture of him hunting elusive grass blades.

And finally, we have Stickerz. By the way, if you're wondering how our pets get their names...don't ask. Just don't ask.

Funny, I've never seen one of those in an aquarium.
Point in fact, turtles are usually aquatic and more common than the land dwelling tortoises. A Red Eared Slider is a form of aquatic turtle found in the temperate East of the USA. Many people (I know not why) confuse them for Painted turtles, another aquatic turtle species from the same area. The Sliders can live 25 to 30 years if you take some care of them, even longer sometimes. And yes, most pet turtles live in aquariums, even if you haven't seen so many of them.

Shelly is roughly 14 I think we figured out a while back... not sure exactly, they don't show age much... or at all, actually... and he looks and acts just like he did when he was 18 months or so.
