Just a note:
If you intend to use your mothership as a defensive asset (stop hostile motherships from attacking your defending troops), dump stuff in shields. Otherwise, try to keep your attack, mothership attack, and mothership defense ratings roughly even.

no he doesn't presently have any thing worth taking, except possibly destroying his remaining intell assets, (usually retrains them constantly (eg turning large numbers of offensive units into intell just to get the boost, then turning them back into low grade offensive intell) but aside from his mothership he's now disarmed.

Miners produce at 10x the rate of untrained units too.

The downside, is about 1/5th of those you train can't go back to being untrained units.
